“After the birth of my son in 2006, I suffered chronic back pain and could barely move due to the pain. One of the mums at the local baby group suggested attending a post-natal exercise class which she went to and I didn't look back. Lou was welcoming and the class small and relaxed and a great way to meet other mums. Lou ensured that all the exercises I undertook were specific to me and a slow build up to avoid any further strains. Within weeks, I could feel the difference these exercises were making. It felt so good to be able to stretch and loosen the old body, I bought an exercise ball to use at home - a quick 20 minute routine, first thing in the morning whilst hubby and son were still asleep and not only was I toned up, I ended up thinner than before the pregnancy! Now, 10 weeks after baby number 2, having started my exercises again, I already have a sneeze-proof pelvic floor and nearly back to pre-pregnancy weight again. Fantastic! I couldn't recommend Lou's classes enough (and nor could hubby)!!”
