Pregnancy
The programming for pregnancy is all completely individual as well as flexible according to your needs and your changing body.  Each session the program will change slightly to stay appropriate and take any complications into account.

Post-natal
This option is for mums who are 0-6 weeks post natal and works on your pelvic floor and core postural strength.  It is a very gentle and focused option and everything can be done while breast feeding if necessary. This option can be done straight away for mums who have had a normal delivery but must be delayed if a c-section has been necessary.

New Mums I
For mums who have completed the Post-natal sessions. This option is best for mums 6-12 weeks after having their baby, depending on the type of delivery.  It involves more work on your pelvic floor, core and deep tummy muscles.  It also includes postural work to help strengthen your muscles for holding your baby while feeding, as they will get heavier pretty quickly!

New Mums II
For mums who have completed the Post-natal and New Mums I sessions. This option is for mums roughly 12-20 weeks after having their baby and if appropriate, makes the transition from just doing post-natal recovery to more all round exercise.

Core Stability
This option is pure core stability and as such, focuses on the muscles that surround your trunk as well as the pelvic floor.  It can help strengthen your abdomen and back, improve your balance and prevent injury as your life starts to include much more lifting.  Core stability is also great if you are returning to competitive sport.

Upper Body Blast
This option is an all body workout that focuses more on the upper body muscles.  It can target specific problem areas for you but in general will aim to tone and strengthen the muscles in your back, chest and upper arms.

Lower Body Blast
This option is an all body workout that spends more time on the legs and bottom.  It can be tailored to suit individual needs and can either be resistance based or cardio based.

Tums and Bums Blast
This option does what it says on the tin. A workout dedicated to working your tummy and bottom problem areas.

Bikini Blast
This option is great for fine tuning your body to be ready for the beach.  It can kick start you back into regular exercise to keep you feeling great all summer.

Pelvic Floor Training
This option focuses purely on the pelvic floor and supporting muscles and is great for women of any age who have problems with their pelvic floor or associated problems like stress incontinence.  It is especially useful for mums who had a difficult vaginal birth and are planning another pregnancy soon after, especially if you want to sneeze with confidence in your third trimester!

My Plan
This option is pure personal training, so can include whatever you want to focus on.  Goals can be very specific or simply improved health and fitness, the choice is yours.

Introduction to Running
If you have never thought running was for you, think again! It is a great, cost effective and time effective workout for a busy mum and the health benefits are great.  This option shows you how to begin running with confidence.

Introduction to Exercise

Weight Management
This option is for when you need help with healthy weight loss or weight gain.  It involves looking at your lifestyle and nutrition as well as your exercise. The focus is on getting you to a healthy weight so that you can feel really good about yourself and your body.
