Scrummy Mums is fitness training in your own home.  I come to your house and bring all the necessary equipment with me each time.  If you already have some fitness equipment in your home it can be incorporated into your fitness program if you choose. 

The first meeting is very informal and free of charge.  There is no need to wear exercise clothing (in fact, I have even done this meeting with a post-natal client in her pjamas!) and we don’t do any exercises. The purpose is to have a good chat about what you want from having fitness training and that can be anything from re-gaining your pelvic floor after a difficult birth to returning to competitive sport after having a baby. 

There are some forms to complete including a full health questionnaire and some basic health tests like blood pressure.  Depending on your personal wishes, other tests like weight and body fat can also be taken but obviously these are for specific programs like Weight Management and do not apply to everybody.

We will also discuss which of the Training Options (please make this a link to the next page) is best suited to you.  There are no obligations at this point so if you don’t feel you want to go ahead, that’s no problem.

It is also possible to train you with some of your friends, in a group.  This involves one of you having quite a large living room but it can be great fun and a good way to start exercising with a new baby.  Babies are always welcome for individual and group sessions but from past experience I can strongly advise that these classes work best until the babies are crawling!  Please contact me for more information or if you have any questions.
