We specialise in working with women who want to get fit for pregnancy, those already pregnant and of course those wanting their body back after giving birth!
Pregnancy is possibly the most major physical and emotional challenge that women’s bodies undertake and yet there are so few opportunities available for women wanting to give their bodies a helping hand during this crucial time. Whether you are an elite athlete or have never set foot in a gym before, Scrummy Mums may be just what you’re looking for.
There are two types of training available. The first is to have personal training with a specifically designed program in your home or at the home of Scrummy Mums. The second is to take part in the fitness classes which are run in Henley-on-Thames.
