Welcome to Scrummy Mums pregnancy and post-natal fitness.

Scrummy Mums is specialist fitness for pregnancy and post-natal mums.    It is based in Red Beach and operates in the Auckland and Hibiscus coast areas, running classes and personal fitness training.

The classes take place every Saturday morning on Orewa Beach. There is a running group which, tide permitting, runs the length of Orewa Beach and back. This is followed by ‘Beach Mums’ which is an outdoor fitness session with specific core and abdominal exercises aimed at mums and then ‘Beach Bumps’ which is a session specifically tailored to pregnancy fitness. If you are looking for a more individual fitness advice, personal training sessions can take place in your home with all equipment provided each time. Babies are always welcome and some exercises can even be adapted to take place while breastfeeding if needed. 

I am a mum with two little boys at home and I know only too well how tough it can be to find time for yourself.  It is so important to look after your body during and after pregnancy and a little time dedicated completely to you is a fabulous treat as well as a good investment in your health and fitness.
